What we hold
If we email you about our services, we hold your name, job title, work email address, company name, company website and country, plus notes on publicly available information about your company's products and online stores.
Where it comes from
From business data providers we license, such as Apollo.io, from your company's public website, or from you, if you contacted us.
Why, and on what basis
To offer product-imagery and post-production services relevant to your company's business. Our basis is legitimate interests (UK and EU GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)). We contact business addresses in a professional capacity only, and we don't send unsolicited emails to individuals in Germany or Austria.
How long we keep it
If you don't reply, we delete your details 12 months after our last email. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only your email address or domain on a suppression list, so that we never contact you again.
Who sees it
Our own team and the tools we use to run email and our CRM (Apollo.io, Google Workspace). We don't sell or share your data.
International transfers
We're based in India and our tools are hosted in the US. Where UK or EU data is transferred, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or object to our emails at any time. The quickest way is to reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us, or write to contact@pixellpersona.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
